I have since learnt often about branch banking and sales, how to motivate and manage people with in truth different backgrounds and positions in the business structure and how to most expeditiously get things done. much importantly, I have learnt the key to triumph is satisfying your customer, whether immanent (e.g. staff) or external. This knowledge is helping me immensely in my bare-ass role in as a Customer relationship Manager at the 13th lane branch.
